Return Shipping Cost:
Customers need to bear Rs.120 for return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Important:
When you receive your order, please record a full unboxing video (360-degree view) under good lighting.
This video is compulsory for any damage claims.

Return Policy

  • Our return policy is valid for 7 days after you receive your order.
  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned with the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Nose pins (Naths)
  • Toe rings
  • Earrings or any sets that include earrings
  • Body piercing products
  • Hair accessories
  • Face masks
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
  • Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.
  • Certain items may get only partial refunds (if applicable):
    • Items showing signs of use
    • CDs, DVDs, software, or games that have been opened
    • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts
    • Any item returned after 7 days of receiving it

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Delay in Refunds:

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
